There are 3 things that Spybot has found on my laptop that it will not let me remove. SweetIM, W3i.IQ5.fraud, and Yontoo.Pagerage. It will not let me remove them because it keeps saying I'm NOT an Administrator of this computer, when I AM THE ONLY user and I have checked my account and I AM the administrator. Also, I keep getting a random popup in my CHROME that is adware, that neither malware bytes or spybot will get rid of. I'm not sure what it is, just a random website every time that usually tells me I need to update my media player. Sometimes it's something different but i don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.
