Recently, I ran a Spybot scan on my Dell Inspiron 1525. It turned up four results for Anchor.hss, but was unable to remove one of them. I followed the instructions here (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?68808-Manual-Removal-Guide-for-Anchor-Hss) and was able to remove most of the registry entries specified, plus a few more after running another scan. However, I discovered later on that my laptop was unable to connect to the Internet either wirelessly or with an ethernet cable. My device manager shows me that the laptop's WLAN Mini-Card & Fast Ethernet Controller are still working, but the 6to4 Adapter & WAN Miniport both have "Code 31" errors. I also tried downloading drivers for those, but that didn't seem to help at all. What else could be wrong?

Code 31,that is this error message?"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device."
You could see if any of this might help:

If any of those solutions lead to editing the registry, you might want to back up any registry keys you might delete first. Not sure what os you've got,but probably Vista or later,I figure,so I'll post the Vista page for that. :)
