I just downloaded the SpyBot software in hopes it would remove the virus but it didn't. Any suggestions

For someone to take a look at the system of a personal computer please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
