I could tell you to inspect the files in the following directory (folder):
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy
And its sub-directory (sub-folders):
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Dummies
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Help
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Includes
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Languages
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Plugins
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Skins
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Updates
And copy anything that has changed etc., etc.

You would find two changes in the C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy folder:
advcheck.dll
Tools.dll
No changes in C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Dummies folder.
Many changes in the C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Includes folder.
Etc.

In my opinion, the easiest way to transfer all updates is to copy all the files and folders from the following directory from one system to the other:
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy
Except the following two files:
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\unins000.dat
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\unins000.exe
The unins000.dat and unins000.exe are (or can be) unique to the system that Spybot-S&D is installed on.

Also note that the likelihood of a non-internet connected system being infected with malware is greatly reduced unless you are continually transferring files to that system. So the updating of the anti-malware programs can be adjusted accordingly.
