Releasing source code of old tools?

Hello,
As a long time Spybot S&D user, I find it sad that many of the old
tools and utilties now have dead download links and have become extinct.
I think these tools should be put up on github (https://github.com/) with a free software
license (GPL (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/)?), so that users
can continue to upkeep and build off of them. This will intern result in more powerful software for everyone.

Tools that should be free:
* Old versions of Spybot S&D?
* FileAlyzer
* RegAlyzer
* NetAlyzer
* RunAlyzer
* RootAlyzer
* RegAlyzer
* OpenSBI/Editor
