Teatimer download?

Hello, I was trying to find a way to download just the old teatimer resident that is included with spybot. I liked the registry monitoring, especially the part when it informed me of programs trying to add themselves to the system startup.

Is this possible? Or another program that is recommended?

As far as I'm aware,it isn't possible to download just the resident teatimer.It isn't available.
