I have a 3 week ish, new PC using windows home 7 premium, 64 bit OS. I had used it for a few hours and found it running slow (hotmail/email I think!) so my brother in law mentioned spybot. I ran it and found 34 malware & 4 adware viruses which was slowly it down. I did the advanced setting and made it run from before the computer started but the bugs were in the registry. Anyway I re-installed windows and bought the spybot home ed + antivirus. I immunized the computer and did what I should of done (I think) but now my ipad/phone won't connect to my pc. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone to apple today trying to fix it with no luck. During that I found that the windows update won't update either.
I'm not sure if these are inter related or not but I'm ready to pull my hair out!! I'm npt a computer whizz at all so if you can help it would be awesome! Thanks
