Volume Serial Number

Spybot couldn't remove "volume serial number" malware and I think it could be connected to a current sound problem I am having with my computer, no sound comes out from my computer headphones or speakers and I've tried a few things, what's even stranger is that music on iTunes I can still hear but everything else like videos on Youtube and notification noises just don't come out, if anyone could please help me out it would be much appreciated :)

For someone to take a look at the system please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs and a volunteer analyst will advise when available. :)
