Hey,

I have these annoying pop-ups in the left bottom corner of my internet browser. They pop up in a little square/rectangle. It has the option to open and close it but it's still visible and rather annoying. I only use Chrome and I checked my setting and they should be blocked. I'm not sure how it started but I'm assuming my little sister downloaded something. She thought is was an update. I removed a lot of application I knew weren't there before, I'm sure it didn't do much but I thought it would help. They pop up in every page. They also seem to redirect me to different pages that I didn't intend to go to. Most of those websites are fake surveys and fake updates. I'm not sure if the two are connected but it didn't use to happen before. These things are really annoying and is slowing down my browser. I just recently found this forum after looking into different options. I would really appreciated if someone could help me out.
Thank You!

Here are some what the pop-ups look like(sorry for bad quality):

Hello ShirinyBeany, :greeting:

For someone to take a look at the system please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

Then start a new topic providing the logs and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.

Best regards. :)
