Can't find otshot via regedit to remove ZalmanInstaller_otshot

I recently upgraded spybot to 2.1 however after running a scan, this virus came up but now I can't find it to remove it. My search button doesn't work either.

I looked at this info, but it's too complicated and I couldn't find it via regedit either in any of these folders via these links that recommend removing it

I have AVG Anti Virus and Spybot. Will downloading Malwarebytes work ? How do I disable the other anti virus programs so that there aren't any conflicts ? Thanks

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
