The mentioned entry heads to an Extention of the Google Chrome Browser.

Please open the Google Chrome Browser, click the Menu-Icon on top-right and select Settings.
Now click into the Settings-Window on the Entry "Extentions".
Please make an Screenshot of this Window and provide it.
