Spyware Help Needed

I have spyware on my server which has disabled my windows defender and Symantec virus protection. I un-install either as it gets stopped by the spyware and also cannot download alternative protection as it stops my connections to spybot etc.
Running windows 2000 server
Managed to do a virus check on the server via the network and turned up nothing which means it can only be spyware. I notice its sending out all key strokes etc.
Please help I'm desperate'
Question? Can I use spybot on a workstation and use it to check computers like the server over the network. If so How?

What we need is the HJT log.

You should disconnect this PC from the internet and use another (clean) PC to post the HJT log.

Once you have posted the log I will try to get a helper to analyse it asap.
