Known Ratings Available

Hi,
When I hover the mouse pointer over Spybot SD Resident in the notification area I see:

Spybot SD Resident
203120 processes blacklisted
283740 known ratings available

What does known ratings available mean?
Is processes blacklisted the count of entries in HOSTS?
