I remember looking at your post awhile ago.It must have slipped past me amongst other posts.I'm sorry it was missed,it wasn't intentional.

12:30 a.m. is the time set for my monthly spybot scheduled scan,and I *think* that might be default,since I don't remember changing it.
Since Spybot is opening the scan window every couple of days to remind you to scan and it's around 12:30 a.m.-ish,it's possible there's some sort of variation of that task in your task scheduler.
If you're using a later version of windows,click start,type task scheduler in the search programs and files box,and click it when it appears.Open the task scheduler library,open Safer-networking if it's present,then click Spybot-Search&Destroy.
Click the Scan the System task listed there,then click disable.
That might stop the Spybot prompts to scan every couple of days.
