Toolbar.MySearchDial is back after a clean by Microsoft

I had found ToolBar.MySearchDial Malware C 2 weeks ago and worked with Microsoft almost a entire day in cleaning my system after running some of the best scans. Today, I ran it again and the malware is still there. Can anyone give me any insight on this? I am running Windows 7 with I.E. 10.
