IE Tweaks setting in spybot S&D 2.2

I'm having an issue installing the DesktopServer application. I get the error:

Error – Unable to write to and update
“c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts”

When I looked up the error, it stated to change a setting in an older version of Spybot S&D (1.6). The setting was in Tools > IE Tweaks > Uncheck the “Lock hosts file as protection against hijackers.”
I am getting the same error but I have the later version of Spybot S&D 2.2. I can not locate this setting. Does anyone know where I can find this setting in 2.2?

That setting is not present in Spybot 2.2.
Instead,try navigating to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts,rightclicking the hosts file(it is the one with no extension),select properties,then uncheck Read Only,click Apply and OK.
 
Issue resolved

Thank you for your assistance. I located the host file and changed the read only setting. Now works.
