White Menue boxes frozen on desk top.

Did several scans. Couldn't get spybot to let me fix problems found. So I reran scan 6 times to try to let me fix problems to no avail. Got a cascade of error messages reading not enough memory. Closed out computer. Tried to go about it through another location in the setup area and now I have two frozen black and white boxes on my desk top. I even shut down the computer and they are still there. I know nothing about computers, I mean zero.

Try rebooting again,and if the frozen black and white boxes are still there,rightclick the taskbar,select start Task Manager,select the Applications tab,does it have anything listed there?
Where is the location of the setup area when you tried things differently?
And,may I ask what operating system you have?And,version of Spybot? :)
