Have a HKLM/software/wow6432node/Microsoft/windows/surrent version/run, EaseUS EPM tray in my start menus. Have tried uninstalling the program, removing all the EaseUS stuff from my regit32 and after purchasing your product and running scan it is still there. Your program failed to find or repair it. Any suggestions would be helpful I don’t have it selected for startup in my msconfig.

Let's see if we can find it.
No idea if this tool can find but it's worth a shot.

Please download and install Revo Uninstaller Free (http://www.revouninstaller.com/)

Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove (EaseUS EPM tray)
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Moderate option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
Once done click Finish.
