Firefox - Emptying history when closing

Hello,

Since I installed spybot, my firefox history doesn't empty when I close it like I configured. I have to empty it manually.

It's important for me as I don't want to let history on it.

I tried a lot of things and looked in the configuration of spybot but didn't find how to fix this problem. Do you have a solution ?

Did you originally set Firefox to clear history when firefox closes,through custom settings for history,or did you select Never remember history?

I wanted to see if I could get the same thing,but unfortunately,no.
I don't normally set Firefox to clear history on closing,but setting it to clear history on close just now,it is clearing history both times I checked.(Granted,I know that isn't really much of a test run.)
History not clearing when closing in Firefox isn't something that normally can be configured in Spybot,as something intentionally done.So,if Spybot is causing that to happen,it might take a little looking to find it.Or,it's also possible that the history not clearing after installing Spybot could be a coincidence.I see a couple other people on the internet posting about that problem here and there.
Have you tried checking the history settings in Firefox itself?
And which version of Spybot and which version of Firefox do you have? :)

Hello,

Yes, I tried to reinstall firefox, to change the settings etc. and nothing happen.

I think it can be a protection of Spybot which make that. I think that Spybot consider that it's not what I want or something.

The version of Spybot : 1.6.2
The version of Firefox : 27.0.1

Now it works. I changed some settings on spybot but I don't know which one resolved the problem.
