Hello,
I have successfully used spyware to remove delta toolbar but one entry remains on my win 7 laptop:
11324
The registry looks like this
11325
and the error message, that one entry cannot be removed.
Processes:
11326
Can you help?
If you haven't tried it already, then run Spybot as administrator before the scan:

Good Morning!
I have tried to remove Delta toolbar and no matter how many times I run the scan safe mode, safe mode with networking it remains with the message unable to remove. Where did it come from and why cant I remove it? what is it? I have not installed the Delta Toolbar and pay close attention to downloading everything. previous issues taught me that lesson, read the small print...yet I have never seen a request for add-on Delta toolbar? what can I do to get rid of it, Malwarebytes, McAfee and AVG all find it but none can remove it. What is it since it shows up each time and has been there for months remaining unable to remove? Help me, please!
Hello paralegal54,
Is this a personal computer (http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=25712&postcount=5)? :)
If it is someone can take a look at the system, please start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS and aswMBR logs, which are used in the preliminary analysis.

Best regards.
Edit
McAfee and AVG all find it but none can remove it.
Do you have two anti-virus programs installed on the computer?
