I think Spybot messed up my displaydriver

I wanted to uninstall Spybot, to free some my system memory. In the process it was asked to restart my computer to fullfill the uninstallment. After the restart my resolution doesnt fit my monitor in the normal way. I tried a couple of other settings but the problem continues. I still use Windows XP btw

How to fix this?
