My spybot update failed and it says it was the dbcore.dll file that failed, here is the log...

This problem should be gone after the next reboot.

My bdcore.dll is up to date,but it's still showing as an invalid signature.I already rebooted.

Now my other computer has a dbcore.dll problem.

What on earth is wrong with this dbcore.dll file?

gang letz correct the dyslexia here for the masses..............itz the bdcore.dll
i corrected the same problem from the day b4..when a weird gui pops up from file identifier...........which i didn't even know existed here.............the first thing 2do.........is not panic..........the second is 2google the file thatz causing the grief...........i was suspicious when sd's failures occurred yesterday......i thought bit defender right..........i don't have it..........any who i re-applied sd updates 2day and they were error free.............problem should be resolved

btw, ask patrick if i can use the home paid edition w/ the norton security suite.............i don't want 2choke the system.......the sweet suite is provided by my ISP=comcast

Every time I boot now I get a message from Windows saying it can't open the bdcore.dll file. Well, of course it can't. It shouldn't even be trying to do that. Load it maybe, but not actually OPEN it! What the heck is going on here?

On the other hand, that update failure problem of yesterday seems fixed. both things are related to the BitDefender part of Spybot
