What Does 'Fix Selected' do?

I clicked this option after a system scan. Little green check marks appeared next to the listed items.

Two of these were registry keys for "Win32.2UrFace.bho" but something remains wrong with my browser (Firefox), which has weird pop-ups and odd behavior.

The logs say that these two reg keys were cleaned and quarantined and I purged my quarantine but the problem still remains.

My main question is what does 'Fix Selected' do?

Fix Selected fixes any of the problems listed after a scan that are checkmarked.(These checkmarks are in little boxes,and are different than the little green checkmarks that appear after anything selected has been fixed.)

What operating system do you have and which version of Spybot? :)
