Cannot view scan results [Archive] - Safer-Networking Forums

Hi all,

For weeks I've been plagued by a weird problem. After running a system scan daily, I receive the following information; Scan finished 1 results, but no information is displayed under Description, Location Threat Level, Type Category or Rule. Fix Selected is greyed out. I'm using Search and Destroy + AV 2.3. I've cleaned temporary files, and every file is immunised. My computer is running very slowly, and Firefox, Word, Excel etc are often unresponsive. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To request assistance in this malware removal forum the FAQ includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
