SpyBot Search & Destroy Removal Tool (COMPLETE)

Does a tool exists to remove any and every trace of SpyBot Search & Destroy version 2.2 or even 2.x?

For example, when uninstalling S&D are there any orphan DLLs or Registry entries or maybe even something else that I am not considering?

Excellent question. Am hoping someone will respond with a safe, secure recommendation as I am experiencing "orphan" problems that I would like to resolve so I can install a newer version of Spybot. Many thanks.
