awsst! folder in C:\

Hi, my Spybot deep root scan comes up with the folder awsst! in C:\ and says that it's invisible to Win32.

I delete the folder in Spybot, run the scan again and it's still there.

searched Google and found no entries for Awsst!

Does anyone know what this is?
