If you try updating again, and it doesn't work, there are manual detection updates available on the downloads page, under Other Downloads:

BTW, what folder should I install the manual detection updates?

Good, glad the updates are working now. :)

Manual detection updates go to the Spybot Search & Destroy 2 folder, which is in Program Files by default, and would only be different if you installed Spybot to another location.
On Windows XP,the usual location would be C:\Program Files\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2.
On Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8,if it is a 64-bit operating system,it would be C:\Programs (x86)\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2 normally.Windows 7 and up operating systems usually are 64-bit nowadays.
This is rarer, but if you had a 32-bit operating system in Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8,then it goes to C:\Program Files\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2.
This Microsoft page has automatic version detection results for 32-bit or 64 bit,if you are unsure:

My OS is Windows 7 32-bit.
Shouldn't it go to one of the subfolders: Spybot - Search & Destroy 2 > Updates > Downloads; Extracts; Includes ?

Nope, once you browse to your Spybot Search & Destroy folder it extracts the updates on it's own.I just installed them to doublecheck.I gave you a screenshot below. :)
