Cannot install spybot 2.3 on Windows 8.1!

Hello

I just downloaded spybot 2.3 exe-file. I run Windows 8.1

When I want to install it, it says "Diese App kann auf dem PC nicht ausgeführt werden. Wenden sie sich an den Softwareherausgeber, um eine geeignete Version für ihren PC zu finden." In English: this app cannot be executed on this PC. Ask the supplier for a suitable versioin.

I tried to set the compatibility to Windows Xp Service Pack 3. But it said the same.

Do you have any idea why I cannot install spybot 2.3 on Windows 8.1

what site did you download from and what type of pc is it?

My PC:
- Desktop i7, with SSD and HD
- Gigabyte-Motherboard GA-H77-DS3H
- Windows 8.1 64 kbit/s

I downloaded it again and I checked that I download it from your Server: Safer-Networking Ltd.

Now it works! I can install it.
