Where to find update details on Spybot Home

Hi,
I do not know how to find which updates have been downloaded or in fact if any have. This means I do not know if the updates are coming through.
Can I get help with this......I'm a new subscriber and a novice so please no jargon!

Open Spybot start center,checkmark Advanced User Mode,click Update,then click Show Update log. :)
