Errorsafe / Winantivirus Pro

I have a problem with Error-Safe popups regularly occuring. After the mesage boxes (attached images below) appear, I usually get a window (or several) taking me to Win-Antivirus Pro's website, or a popup trying to download Error-Safe's installation program.

I have tried running almost every spyware program and had no luck (Lavasoft Adaware, Windows Defender, Smit Fraud Fix, CWS Shredder, Hijack This, AVG, etc.). My log files for Hijack this and a list of startup programs are attached below.

I cant seem to find anything obvious in Hijack-This, and I have run out of things to try.

Any help would be much appreciated!
