Hello folks,

I am running Windows 2000 SP4 on an IBM laptop. (Yes, really.)

I have installed 1.62.2.46 on this machine and the immunization never completes. The completion bar goes to almost the end and just stops progressing.

The counts show that there are over 175,000 items unprotected and only one protected.

I do not have any prowsers running but I do have AVG that is running.

I went through the site searching for the topic "immunization" and came up with posts but they seem not to fit my issue.

Any hints/pointers/answers greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure I can be helpful on this, but I'll give it a try. :)

So,when the bar is progressing,is it skipping immunization, except for the one?
I'll post an image to try to explain what I mean:

The bar is progressing, but items are still showing as unprotected in the column to the right?

Hello again,

And apologies again for the delays in reporting back...

Yes, it was just as you say. The progress bar would march across the screen/panel and the count would remain the same (at one.)

For no particular reason before running a test for you to look at I did an "Undo" before wanting to do the test run.

SB successfully did the undo. I then started the immunization and the count rapidly progress as you would expect it to as various immunization item were being applied.

Thus I had success.

My machine is fully protected with SB Immunization.

Thank you for your guidance.

Cheers,
Duncan, the friar
