"ilivid.Toolbar" and "Delta.Toolbar" are being found by S&D, but after several attempts, it has not been able to remove them. Can you help?

Which version of Spybot do you have?

If running Spybot with elevated permissions doesn't fix the issue someone can take a look at the system.
To do that you'd start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where a volunteer analyst will advise. :)
First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS and aswMBR logs, which are used in the preliminary analysis.
