Apparently I have some kind of ad popup program, deaL4me, running on IE, Firefox, & Chrome internet browsers. I can not uninstall it from the Control Panel and Spybot did not find it. I updated Spybot today and ran Windows Defender scan and updated Windows. It will put up a Jolly Wallet toolbar and all of my searches show adds by or powered by deal4me. How do I get rid of this program?

To request assistance in the malware removal forum please see the FAQ which includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
Regarding the Farbar Log please note:
Do not check
*List BCD
*Drivers MD5
*Shortcut txt
Or your logs will be too long to post.
