This may not be spyware related but could cause an issue if not resolved.
My Silverlight is trying to update, but I get several errors: 64C (I went to their link to try and find a solution).
I did run the troubleshooting program in my computer and Windows Update error 0x80070057 was not fixed. I googled it and got this: https://www.google.com/#q=Window+update+error+0x80070057
I also got a popup with this (I will try and attaché the screenshot)
My concern is the update seems to involve the Cyberlink webcam which I do not use and when it was in and working is when I had problems with spyware and needed help getting it out.
My question is: Has there been others with the same or similar issue and if so, how did you resolve it?
Currently, I only use Silverlight for Netflix which is working just fine at the moment. I don't want to mess that up but is there a way to resolve the other issue?
