So I just bought and installed Spybot +AV Pro for my WHS 20011 box. it's running for the first time on this machine. I don't see any reference to the new AV capabilities. Can someone 'splain pleese :).
Let me add that I do have Microsoft Security Essentials installed and running. I assumed that the Spybot +AV installer would throw an error or information if I needed to uninstall the MSE program.

Here you go,this should explain it:
http://www.safer-networking.org/full-anti-virus-protection/
Live Protection:

There's a chart here:
http://www.safer-networking.org/private/compare/
Having two antivirus real-time scanners on can cause conflicts and slowdowns,so if Microsoft Security Essentials has real-time protection and it's turned on,you might want to consider disabling either the Microsoft Security Essentials real-time protection or Spybot's Live Protection, whichever you prefer. :)

:red: oh boy! It would have helped if I actually installed Spybot S&D +AV. As an old Texas boy told me many years ago; "Make Haste Slowly". I had clicked on an older executable of Spybot S&D. no wonder I couldn't find a refernce to anything antivirus. Sorry for taking up your time.
