Problem with Spyware

I am constantly being bombarded with pop-ups from the following site: wxx.worlddatinghere.com

This has become quite an inconvenience. My Yahoo! toolbar has a pop-up blocker which will not block the pop-ups from this site and it has Norton Spyware Scan which cannot find any problems that might be causing these pop-ups. That's why I got Spybot S&D and used it three times in a row to eliminate the problems Norton couldn't find. However, I'm still getting these pop-ups from that one site (usually that one but sometimes others). What can I do to eliminate this behavior? Please help!

Is there anything I can do to prevent these pop-ups from coming up on my computer? I also added Ad-Aware and it didn't seem to do the trick either. Any suggestions would help!
