First time help - Adware and spyware

Any help would be much appreicated.
My parents computer has been infected by:-
- Surfsidekick
- netmon
- ucmore
- maxsearch

I've tried Norton and Microsoft defender, but still cannot shift the nasty software from the system. I've tried moving it manually, but the files cannot be deleted...

Any help would be much appreicated.

Run an on-line anti virus scan.
Scan with Spybot-S&D in safe mode.


Then start your own thread here with the HJT log:
