aflashcounter.com, is it malware, spyware, hijacking?

Hello, a few days ago a red screen with a flashing link to <aflascounter.com> got installed and hijacked my desktop and I cannot remove it. It says it is a spyware.

I know nothing about inner computing, so I don't know if this is malware, hijacking or just a joke, nor I don't know if that red screen is there to malfunction the whole computer or getting information of mine through internet profiles, or what the heck!

Please, does anyone know anything about this?
