The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Ad.CouponDropDown" manually.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "CrossriderApp0027793.BHO", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "CrossriderApp0027793.Sandbox.1", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "CrossriderApp0027793.Sandbox", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{11111111-1111-1111-1111-110011431152}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{11111111-1111-1111-1111-110211771193}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{11111111-1111-1111-1111-110211771193}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Low Rights\ElevationPolicy\".
Delete the registry key "{11111111-1111-1111-1111-110211771193}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{21111111-1111-1111-1111-110211771193}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Low Rights\ElevationPolicy\".
Delete the registry key "{22222222-2222-2222-2222-220222772293}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{44444444-4444-4444-4444-440244774493}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{55555555-5555-5555-5555-550255775593}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{66666666-6666-6666-6666-660266776693}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "215 Apps" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstalledBrowserExtensions\".
Delete the registry key "CouponDropDown Plugin" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "CouponDropDown" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\".
If Ad.CouponDropDown uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
