"VIRUSBURST" Malware...HELP!!!!!!!!!

I got this so called "Virusburst" malware from downloading what I thought was a video codec. I used "Smitfraudfix" AND also ran an Ewido scan and it seems to have gotten rid of MOST of the problem. However, there is still an icon flashing in my Syatem Tray that keeps giving me popups saying my computer is infected and all this other crap. When I right or left click on this icon it takes me to the Virusburst home page.

Can anyone help me get rid of this last annoying piece of this annoying trojan????
