The fix selected button shouldn't be clickable unless at least one result has a removable checkmark in it,if nothing is checkmarked,the fix selected button remains greyed out.When something is fixed,the removable checkmark disappears,and the green unremovable checkmark appears.
So,from looking at your results screen,there are green unremovable checkmarks beside everything visible.it looks to me like everything was selected beforehand,then you hit fix selected,the green checkmarks appeared,indicating everything visible was fixed,and it should be fine to close out Spybot. :)
