This sucks - I logged into this forum and started typing a very detailed explanation of the problem. I was then sent to a page to log in and lost my entire post! Here's a summary:

Using Windows 7 64 bit.
Using Spybot 1.6.2.46
Antivirus is Microsoft Security Essentials.

Updated Spybot. Immunized.
Got the pop-up: Immunization incomplete

Unprotected column shows 156065 unprotected -- all in Internet Explorer.
IE installed; is not running.
Closed FF 33 & Chrome - tried to immunize - failed.

This page is very out of date: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?36272-Various-reasons-for-incomplete-immunization

Is Spybot broken?

The forum usually autosaves your post.Though I'm unsure what happens when you're the topic starter, because I usually only reply.I have a habit of copying my post before I submit, just in case. :)

Is there more info shown when you see Immunization incomplete either there,or anywhere?
Another person here is having problems with immunization, and they posted what their Windows Application error said:

Windows Application error window says:
Exception EConvertError in module rtl150.bpl at 007D5FB.
Format '%' invalid or incompatible with argument

Are you getting any similar error windows shown?

I did notice as I typed that it was auto saving. I learned my lesson and will copy before posting the next time.

I just now fired up Spybot and went to the immunization area. Now it says there are 0 unprotected items. Sounds amazing, but I think it fixed itself.

Thanks

Hi, I'm just posting back here that I had the same problem today with the failure to immunize, with thousands of unprotected thingies.

Immunization seemed to be "stuck" and the green progress bar wasn't progressing to the end. So I used the Task Manager to stop SpyBot. When I restarted SpyBot and immunized, the unprotected number was 0.

So it looks like that by restarting SpyBot, this solved the problem.
