The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Fraud.DiskClean" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Fraud.DiskClean is a Korean fake antivrus. It creates files and folders in programfiles directory and an autorun entry. It also detecs several false threats.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Shortcuts named "µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DiskClean.exe*".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Items named "µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DiskClean.exe*".

Quicklaunch area:

Please remove the following items from your start quick launch area text to the "Start" button in the taskbar at the bottom.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.

Quicklaunch symbols named "µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DiskClean.exe*".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "DiskCleanMain" and pointing to "?<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DiskClean.exe*".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "DiskCleanMain".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\DiskClean\list_control\Thumbs.db".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\conf.ini".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DCAutoUpdate.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DCEngine.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DCUpdateServer.dat".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\DiskClean.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\avsrv.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\avsrvc.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\avSubEngine.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\DCFilterDriver.SYS".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\dcMon.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\DCmonRemote.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\dcReg.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc\DCreport.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\partner.ini".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\skin\default.avs".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\SoDCUpdateServer.dat".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\Uninstall.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMS>\µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°\µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸° Á¦°Å.lnk".
The file at "<$PROGRAMS>\µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°\µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°.lnk".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Fraud.DiskClean uses rootkit technologies, use the rootkit scanner integrated into Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) 2.x or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\DiskClean\list_control".
The directory at "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\DiskClean".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\db".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\etc".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\Lang".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\skin".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean\temp".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\DiskClean".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMS>\µð½ºÅ©Å¬¸°".

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "DiskClean" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
