While updating anti-spyware files updater gives the following message.

[00:03.152] [+] Downloaded archive "Domains.sbs-20141119.cab" from http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/spybot2/.
[00:03.152] [-] Hash 06f23a180accd3a0360bca7b31be6322 for archive "Domains.sbs-20141119.cab" does not match expected hash 0D51DDC4A7E8DE14DB4BF6C64D6CC162!

Does anyone else noticed this problem?

I've noticed that in other logs posted here from time to time.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_verification#File_formats
This:
Hash 06f23a180accd3a0360bca7b31be6322
is expected to be this:

does not match expected hash 0D51DDC4A7E8DE14DB4BF6C64D6CC162

A complete and total guess on my part, but I assume it might be similar to this:
http://www.ehow.com/info_12198876_bad-checksum-mean.html
And if that is correct(keep in mind I'm not sure if it is),then you could follow this:

I tried to replace the domains.sbs from another source. But I was denied permission.
Is this problem due to any malware activity?

I can't say that for 100% of course, but no,I don't believe so.It's a warning that the hash doesn't match, but since I've noticed it in quite a few updates logfiles here,I was thinking it had more to do with some sort of problem with updating, the same way that the bad checksum error usually happened because of a lot of people attempting updates at the same time. All conjecture on my part,I could be wrong, but that's my take on it. :)

Instead of replacing domains.sbs from another source,it would be better if you downloaded the manual updates and applied them, which should hopefully replace domains.sbs.The manual updates are available under Other downloads on this page:
http://www.safer-networking.org/dl/
For destination, you should navigate to your Spybot S&D 2 folder.Since your two computers are Windows 7 and Windows 8.1,then that path is likely C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\,if they are both 64-bit.

I Downloaded the spybotsd_includes.exe from the url given by you and executed it to replace files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\updates. Then when I updated spybot again I am getting the hash error message again.

I have checked the files in the updates folder.

The downloads subfolder contains two archives:

Domains.sbs-20141008
Domains.sbs-20141119

The extracts and includes subfolders contain

domains.sbs dated 10/8/2014

only.

Did you choose the destination folder as C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Updates?
As I recall, when you run the manual updates,it replaces Includes,so that might be why you don't have the newer Domains.sbs in the Includes folder. For the destination folder, you would want to just go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2 only. :)

Now I did as you told and used C:\program files(x86)\spybot - serch & destroy 2 as the destination folder. The hash problem persists.

I assumed if the latest domains.sbs was in the Includes folder,Spybot wouldn't try downloading it anymore.
If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Includes,is domains.sbs now dated 19/11/2014? :)

No it contains only domains.sbs dated 10/8/2014.

Zenobia

I extracted manual updates to look at them, and the domains.sbs in the includes was dated October-‎08-‎14,so that must be why yours is dated the same.
So,I'll refer you to the support forms, and you can email Team Spybot and ask about the file hash error,as we've reached kind of a dead end here. :)
