Diskcleaner Malware??

Hi guys

I've followed your prelim step advice, I've pandasoftware'd and safemode Spybot-S&D'd then ran hijack this as the .exe file from a hijackthis folder directly on the C drive and it gave these results:

Bascially everytime I boot up I get told I've visited porn sites and have software on my machine (no shit!) and need to install Diskcleaner to remove it and then it asks if I want to install and even if I say no it tries to install anyway, only on boot up then I don't see it again till the next boot.

Can you help me please?

Please disable SpybotSD TeaTimer for now
To disable SpybotSD TeaTimer:
Open Spybot and click on Mode and check Advanced Mode
Check yes to next window.
Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner.
Click on Resident icon and Uncheck the box next to Teatimer.

Close SpyBot.
We will remind you to turn it on later

Open adaware, Go to AdWatch User Interface.
Go to Tools and Preferences.
At the bottom of the screen you can see two checkable items called Active and Automatic.
Active: This will turn Ad-Watch On\Off without closing it
Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically
Uncheck those boxes.


Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items If there.

Hit fix checked and close Hijackthis.
Restart the PC

Followed all advice except ad-watch as I have the personal SE edition no opportunity to change settings.

However no sign of malware after 3 re-boots will re-advise situation on Friday.
