Should I be deleting EVERYTHING showing in Quarantine?

I was directed here from a problem I was having with Incredibar.

Once I run Spybot S&D, I go into the Quarantine and I see all these places with boxes to check. I have checked both Incredibar and Double-Click and asked to purge them, but should I be also purging EVERYTHING shown there? I can't get a screenshot, but there are several headings (Internet Explorer, MS Direct3D, MS DirectDraw, MS DirectInput, MS ManagementConsole, MS MediaPlayer, MS Paint, MS Regedit, Windows Explorer, Windows Media SDK, and Windows OpenWith) and they all have a checkbox next to them that say:

All Detected Items of Product, the date, and System Scan.

Do I purge everthing in Quarantine every time I run Spybot? How do I use the Immunize?

Sorry, but I was running the old Spybot for a few years and find this new one a lot more difficult to understand...and no place to read about all the features.

A general rule of thumb for quarantine is that it's a good idea to leave anything found in there for a bit.That way,if there were a false positive,it is backed up into quarantine,and can be restored if needed.
When you open quarantine,Spybot usually offers to purge old items every 90 days or so.It might be a good idea to do it that way,instead of purging everything in quarantine every time you do a scan. :)
