How can I update my profile picture? Thanks!

On the top right of the page, select settings. Then, on the left side of the page under my settings, select edit avatar.

I already have an avatar. I was asking how to upload a profile picture. Is it disabled? Do I need xxx number of posts for permission? Thanks! :cowboy:

Oops, sorry. Guess I missed the boat on that one. I don't see where I can upload a profile picture in my settings either.
