Event log errors

I have 2 recurring errors reported in the event log I cannot resolve. (Attached)
Running Home edition v 2.4

Please advise on some things to check to fix this on Windows 7 Ultimate.

In Event Viewer,you can highlight the text under General,then press CTL + C to copy it.If you wanted to do that with those errors,then paste them here it might make it easier. :)

Same data previously posted but from the copy button as requested.

This I believe is a SpyBot config problem & windows is just reporting it did not start the service in 30000 mS.
Does not help understanding why it did not start.

ann000 tried delayed start and the scanner service was able to start after setting that.You can follow their instructions here,to see if that might be helpful with yours. :)
