Bug with Win32.Qhost.ahnj ?

Hello,
I noticed that whenever I try to do a complete scan with Spybot, it gets stuck when it looks for Win32.Qhost.ahnj . The progression bar doesn't move and stays at 32,2%. I uninstalled Spybot, reinstalled it, did the updates, rescanned several times, but the result is still the same.

I ran two other softwares, Malwarebytes and Kaspersky, and none of them found anything.

Could this be a problem Spybot? Or is my computer at risk?

Any help would be appreciated :)

I am having the exact same problem and I am using the 2.4 download and any help I would really appreciate it

You could set Win32.Qhost.ahnj to be ignored temporarily,and see if the scan will progress after that point:
