Hi I think I have a deep-rooted email (bt mail / windows) virus which keeps blocking me from logging onto my account. I have to keep resetting my email password to use my email account but this only lasts for a short time before I am blocked again. Please help! Note please send all correspondence to Edit as this an alternate email account which I have no problems with. Many thanks.
